Meet my gang!

I know…it’s a thing.

I wanted to take a quick minute and welcome everyone to my new website and blog! I know that a lot of y’all have been with me for the past ten years and I’m so grateful. But for those of you who are new to me, I thought I’d introduce you to my family of six.

As you can see, I’m the only gal in the group. I love to tell them I’m the queen, princess and jester of the family. Whenever possible, I always get a photo of them holding me!

A couple of weeks ago we had our family photos taken and of course I had to get one.

Here’s a bit about my gang:

Eddy is my sweet husband. He’s an electrician and amazing. He is also a big part of my writing career as an encourager and keeping me caffeinated.

Cody is our oldest. He is twenty-seven with a business degree. A fun fact about Cody, he was a college soccer player. We had a lot of fun watching him on the field all his life.

Austin and Brady are twins. They are twenty-three.

Austin is the first born of the two. He is an architect. He is currently living with us now that he’s moved back from Atlanta. Fun fact about Austin: he was a great lacrosse player in high school. He could’ve played college but he decided not to.

Brady is a manager at Walgreens. He has his own place and lives locally. Fun fact about Brady: he is an unbelievable gamer. I really thought he’d go into it full time but he still claims it’s just a hobby.

Jack is the baby and the jokester. He is twenty-one and currently a senior at The University of Cincinnati. He is part of the University of Cincinnati basketball team. We love going to all the games or watching him in ESPN. Unfortunately this year there’s no fans in the stands. They might start letting family. He is getting is degree in sports management. Fun Fact about Jack: he is knowledgeable about all sports. I thought he was going to be a sports broadcaster, which is still a possibility.

Trust me. As a mom of all boys, I have to roll with it. Each one of them are so different. All of them have different opinions on everything you could possibly think of. I’m proud of that. I raised them to respect everyone and their beliefs. I’m proud of every single one of my people!

Next week I’m going to tell you about our newest adventure! Even during Covid. Be sure you’re subscribed to my blog right here! It’s different than my newsletter. Click here and subscribe so you don’t miss out on my news and chit chat first! I’ll be announcing everything here first.

Tell me about your family!

  3. Wonderful family! It is fun to see how your family picture has changed over the years. Rowena is truly a part of the family now that she is in the picture!

  4. OMG! I own every book that you have ever written for the Kindle App. You could say that I am a fan!!!!!

You say up above here: “Unfortunately this year there’s no fans in the stands.” Well, I do believe that within those words are words to form a title of some future book that you write . . . . and I do not even know to which series that it might belong. “No Fans In The Stands.” It is catchy. Thank you for writing so many splendid fun books. Merry Christmas and Happy New year to you and yours.

  5. I enjoy your books a lot. I love books that have humor in them and a good story…you deliver both. Thank you

  6. Tonya I am so fortunate that you know my family. I am also a mom of a boy. Stephen is the light of my work. He is in his last year of college. Fun fact about him: he played college lacrosse. The amazing thing about that is Stephen was born with a mild form of spina bifida. He is truly special ❤️
